1. Campaign Overview

“RENEE Wali Diwali” is a limited-period festive gifting campaign organised by RENÉE Cosmetics. Eligible customers who place qualifying orders during the campaign period will stand a chance to win exclusive gift hampers through a lucky-winner selection system.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign will be valid from 27th October 2026, 00:00hrs to 15th November 2026, 23:59hrs, both dates inclusive, through the participating sales channels specified in the official campaign communication. Orders placed outside the campaign period will not qualify.

3. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of ₹999, inclusive of all applicable charges, is required to qualify for the campaign.
Only orders meeting the minimum value requirement and all other eligibility conditions will be considered.
To qualify for the Lucky-winner selection, orders must be successfully delivered no later than 25th November 2026 23:59hrs. Deliveries completed after this date due to courier delays or customer unavailability will not be eligible.
Orders that are cancelled, undelivered, returned, reversed, or otherwise ineligible will not qualify.
Each eligible order will be considered in accordance with the final campaign rules. Each Unique Order ID meeting the minimum value of Rs.999(inclusive of applicable charges) is eligible for entries during the campaign period, regardless of the number of orders placed.

4. Successful Delivery and Order Verification

Only successfully delivered and verified orders will be considered eligible for the campaign. RENÉE Cosmetics reserves the right to verify order details, payment status, delivery confirmation, and customer information for campaign administration.

Orders identified as fraudulent, manipulated, or in violation of the campaign terms may be excluded following verification and subject to applicable law.

5. Lucky-Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via a randomized computerized draw from all successfully verified and delivered qualifying orders.
Meeting the minimum order value does not guarantee a gift hamper.
The selection process will be conducted by RENÉE Cosmetics in accordance with the final campaign rules.
The number of winners, prize allocation, and announcement schedule will be subject to the approved campaign plan and gift inventory availability.
The final winner list will be announced through official RENÉE Cosmetics communication channels on date 30th November 2026.
Following the public announcement of winners via official RENÉE Cosmetics communication channels, selected winners must claim their gift hamper and submit all requested verification details (including, but not limited to, order ID, confirmed shipping address, and valid identity proof) within 24 hours of the announcement.
Failure to respond and complete the verification process within this 24-hour window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, RENÉE Cosmetics reserves the absolute right to select an alternate winner from the pool of eligible orders or forfeit the unclaimed gift hamper without incurring any liability or obligation to the original winner.

6. Gift Hampers and Availability

All gift hampers and prizes are subject to availability of inventory.
The gifts offered will be as specified in the official campaign communication.
If a particular gift hamper or item becomes unavailable due to inventory constraints, RENEE cosmetics reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative gift of equal retail value.
Gift distribution and winner announcement timelines may vary due to operational or inventory-related requirements.
No customer is guaranteed a specific gift unless expressly confirmed by RENÉE Cosmetics.

7. Non-Transferability

All gifts and prizes awarded under RENEE Wali Diwali are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred to another person. A winner cannot demand a cash alternative or a different gift as a matter of preference.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Orders are subject to RENÉE Cosmetics' published Return, Refund and Replacement Policy and applicable law. The campaign does not provide an additional or optional refund benefit.

Any order that is Cancelled, reversed, or refunded will be automatically excluded from the campaign eligibility list and their eligibility will be withdrawn in accordance with the final campaign rules. This clause does not restrict any refund, replacement, or other remedy required under applicable law.

9. Damaged, Missing, Defective or Incorrect Products

Any concern relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported to RENÉE Cosmetics through its official customer support channel at hi@reneecosmetics.in within 24hours of delivery for specific “RENEE wali Diwali campaign”.

Claims will be reviewed under the brand's published Return, Refund and Replacement Policy. Customers may be required to provide their order ID, supporting photographs, and an uncut unboxing video, where required by the applicable policy.

Any approved replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy and consumer protection requirements.

10. Dispatch and Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by high order volumes, courier disruptions, weather conditions, serviceability limitations, or other operational circumstances.

A delay alone will not automatically qualify an order for a gift hamper. Eligibility will be determined based on successful delivery, verification, the campaign period, and the final campaign rules.

11. Fraudulent Orders and Misuse

Any attempt to place fraudulent orders, manipulate the winner selection process, exploit campaign offers, submit false information, or otherwise misuse the campaign may result in the affected orders being excluded and participation being cancelled following verification, subject to applicable law.

RENÉE Cosmetics reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documentation where reasonably required to verify eligibility.

12. Customer Information and Privacy

Customer information collected for order processing, eligibility verification, winner communication, and gift fulfilment will be handled in accordance with RENÉE Cosmetics' applicable Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

Customers should communicate only through official brand channels and should never disclose passwords, OTPs, or sensitive financial information to individuals claiming to represent the campaign.

13. Campaign Amendments and Reserved Rights

RENÉE Cosmetics reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw the campaign or revise its terms and operational procedures, subject to applicable law and any obligations already incurred. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels.

All rights relating to campaign administration, eligibility verification, winner validation, and interpretation of the published campaign rules are reserved by RENÉE Cosmetics, subject to applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

The campaign will be governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant provisions of RENÉE Cosmetics' published terms and conditions.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in RENEE Wali Diwali constitutes acceptance of these campaign terms and conditions, together with the applicable terms and policies published by RENÉE Cosmetics.
