Terms & Conditions for the ₹5Lakh Contest

1. Eligibility:
a) This Contest is open to individuals above the age of 18 years who have genuine valid personal accounts on Instagram AND follow Renee’s IG Handle. 
b) Renee reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of using bot accounts, automated profiles, or company/business accounts or creator accounts.
c) To qualify for the participation in the Contest, the participants shall comply with the following conditions during the Contest Period:
i. Follow Renee’s IG Handle; and
ii. tag 5 (five) individual friends in the comment section of the Contest video which will be posted on Renee’s IG Handle.
d) Any entries/submissions received after the Contest Period will not be considered, regardless of the reasons for the delay. Renee will not be held responsible for Entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or otherwise unable to be submitted due to technical issues, internet failures, or any other disruptions beyond Renee’s control.
e) It is hereby clarified that in order to qualify for participation in the Contest as stated above, the participants shall tag only individuals. Tagging of bot accounts, automated profiles, or company/business accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
f) This Contest is valid only for participants residing in India. 
g) The participants are not required to make any purchases or make any payments to Renee to qualify for participation in this Contest.
2. Employees directly employed by Renee and any employees of agencies directly engaged by Renee are not eligible to participate in the Contest or be declared as a winner (“Excluded Individuals”). However, the relatives of Excluded Individuals, including relatives of individuals employed by the agencies engaged by Renee, shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and may be declared a winner, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contest.
3. Each participant can submit only 1 (one) entry. Duplicate, incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
4. All submissions / entries made by the participants will undergo a thorough review by Renee to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Renee reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, incomplete submissions, the use of bot or automated accounts, tagging of non-individual friends accounts, or the participant indulges in any form of fraudulent activity or tampering or manipulation (including attempt thereof) to manipulate the outcome of the Contest or if any participant is engaged in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour or is otherwise eligible to be disqualified from the Contest under these Terms and Conditions. Renee holds sole discretion in determining the validity of entries and may take action based on both concrete proof/ evidence or suspicion thereof. The decision of Renee in this regard shall be final and binding.
5. Only entries that have been verified as compliant, approved and not disqualified by Renee will be entered into the final stage, which includes participation in the random lucky draw, as outlined below (“Qualified Lucky Draw Participants”).
6. The names and Instagram handles of all Qualified Lucky Draw Participants shall be entered into an electronic system, which will be used to randomly select 3 (three) participants from the list of Qualified Lucky Draw Participants through a computerized process. The lucky draw process shall be conducted live at Oct 12th 2024 on Renee's IG Handle to ensure transparency. Renee is committed to conduct the selection process fairly and impartially, ensuring equal opportunity for all the Qualified Lucky Draw Participants.
7. Renee will award cash prize of INR 5,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Five Lakhs Only) (“Prize Money”) to the 1st identified Lucky Draw Participant, provided such 1st first identified Lucky Draw Participant has a valid personal bank account and provides the required details and documentation for transfer of the Prize Money within the timelines provided by Renee. Incase the 1st Lucky Draw Participant fails to respond or provide the valid bank account and required details and documentation, the 1st first identified Lucky Draw Participant forfeits its right to the Prize Money. The Prize Money would then be given to the 2nd identified Lucky Draw Participant, provided he/she has a valid personal bank account and provides the required details and documentation to Renee within the timelines provided by Renee.
8. In the event Lucky Draw Participants are unable or fail to claim Prize Money within the timelines provided by Renee, then Renee reserves the right to amend or alter or revoke Prize Money for the Contest, at its sole discretion. This may include modifying the distribution of the prize, selecting alternate winners, or cancelling the prize entirely, without any further obligation to the original selected Lucky Draw Participants. The decision of Renee regarding the selection of the Lucky Draw Participants and the Winner shall be final and binding on all participants. The Winner will be announced on October 12, 2024 on @reneeofficial by Renee. 
9. The Prize Money awarded in this Contest is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other individual or entity. The Prize Money is awarded solely to the Winner as identified by Renee above. The Winner is required to provide proof of identity to claim the Prize Money, and any attempts to transfer, assign, or substitute will result in immediate disqualification. The transfer of Prize Money would be made to a valid bank account held by Winner in India.
10. The participants are not bound in any way to participate in the Contest and any such participation is voluntary.
11. By participating in this Contest, the participant hereby undertakes that Renee has the right to use its Instagram handle, comment, name, likeness, photograph and other personal details for the purpose of this Contest and for advertisement and promotional purposes and process all personal information provided to Renee or accessed by Renee in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. The decision of Renee regarding any and all aspects of the Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants. Participants agree that they shall not have any right or claim against Renee, its affiliates and employee with respect to the Contest outcomes or any decisions made by Renee. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained by Renee.
13. The Participant agrees that Renee and its respective employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, parent and subsidiaries shall not be liable or responsible for damages, losses, injuries, rights, claims or actions of any kind in connection with this Contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of Prize Money, or participation in this Contest or disqualification from the Contest.
14. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Participant agrees and acknowledges that Instagram is not liable for any claims, demands, damages, or losses related to the Contest.
15. The Participant hereby agree to indemnify and keep Renee harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Renee as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in misconduct or negligence by the Participant.
16. Participants expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known against Renee and its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, shareholders, successors and assigns.
17. Participant hereby agree that if any provision or part thereof contained hereby are declared illegal, unenforceable, or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions contained hereunder shall remain valid and binding.
18. Renee reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Contest or modify the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, as it may deem fit.
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction to courts in Ahmedabad.
20. TAX will be applicable as per Government Compliances.
